I have to agree with the rest.. Try to stick with one workshop and the tendency to be conned will be less. I send all my cars to the same workshop.. And now they start give me 'special' price already..

After all, I dont really mind paying extra RM10-RM20 for nearby workshop rather than drive all the way to klang which would cost me more than that Once problem identified, go to your workshop your like the most and stick with them in the future

BTW TS, coming back to your story, I believe its better to check with few more workshop on your problem. Dont give them idea about the chamber, just ask what is the problem. If most of them find out its chamber problem, then chamber problem it is.
