Thank you for the suggestion. Will check back if the problem still persist. For now. I've already change to bigger disc as suggested earlier (267mm disc) and done bleeding for the second time. So far so good. Hoping the condition stay that way. laugh.gif

But is it normal for brake pad and and the new disc to be closed contact? The mechanic says, I need to run down the disc a bit well since it's new and all.

Yes, that's for sure. new disc and pads need to use them for a while to bed in, too.
How many pads you've thrown away so far?

I'm thinking to change the brake hose to the by RB, using Goodridge hoses.

Well Actually 2 sets. Still with me, i didn't throw it away. I thought if i use sandpaper it will be usable back since the pad is 1 week old apart. laugh.gif
