Just photocopy & certified-true-copy of the bank statement.
Fixed Deposits certificates will be a good supporting doc.

I know Japan uses mainly 2 flat pin plugs, 100V, if I bring electric devices from Malaysia like camera, tablets, phone charges... do i need any converter or transformers? or just adapter will do?

Just need the Adapter
If you buy any electronic from Japan back to Malaysia then you need Transformers to step down the voltage.    Because Malaysia are 230V...Japan made Adapter just can withstand 110V.  Malaysia 230V will burn the Japan electronic if you dun have any step down

ok, thanks for the information, I have an adapter it written 10A 250V~ and 15A 125V~ so it's usable in Japan to charge my electric devices 3 plugs to 2 flat pin plugs rite?
