Lets say one family going for holiday in Japan, can just one representative go to embassy to submit visa application for the entire family or everyone who is going to Japan must be present to submit their respective documents ?

How much does it cost to purchase a 3G sim card in Japan in case I need to rely on internet to search for travel guides ? |
