I guess this is the cons of using cellular broadband for for advanced networking use. Cellcos usually provide private IP to subscribers.
cctv video feed thru prepaid broadband, for remote viewing, possible?

QUOTE(ch_kee83 @ Apr 20 2017, 09:17 AM) Was wondering if this apply to the Digi Infinite plan as well. If you are trying to port forward some ports to expose your cctv rstp service to internet, you will be out of luck because cellular broadbands are mostly NATed. It will still work for those service which go through third part server like mydlink for dlink cctv.Planning to connect my CCTV to 4g router using this plan. Does digi giving dynamic or static IP? |
