MC5 just be cautious..although I personally haven't tested it
If you're really into spirited driving..consider stickier tyres But of course..if you're on a budget..then be cautious when you take the corners/during spirited drive |

QUOTE(anarchy2cruo @ May 20 2013, 10:08 AM) Generally rule of thumb - it's the threadwear rating and pricing However..this may sometimes vary due to manufacturer's standards I think some may have used the Goodyear NCT5..treadwear rating at 240 And I've read the NCT5 famous bad reviews..so yeah Imagine NCT 5 (Treadwear 240) vs RE001/2 (Treadwear 220) 2 different grip level |

Before trading in my Neo, it has Michelin PS3 all around... When taking hard corners / long big corner, it screech like "helppppppppppppppppppp"... But still gripping la, just not as good as the R series from Toyo. ATR won't screech easily though... |

R1R also soft...That's why i've been recommending to try Nitto NT series if they wan harder / reinforced tyre wall n structure, since the compound are the close or better than the Toyo R compounds. Nitto are manufactured by Toyo though. Harder wall, and the ability to withstand higher temperature This post has been edited by victor87: May 20 2013, 04:29 PM |
