yes wp7.8 has this issue, not only you are affected

Not sure, I did notice a very slight delay in launching apps from homepage after 7.8, but i thought it was due to the animation. The new update really improves the app launching speed across the board.

the update took almost 5gb off my C drive!

question is, where those 5gb located?

i'm sure bro cos zune asked to free some space..
clean some in drive, and some in phone..
HDD = 7gb++
phone = 6gb
end up with 1gb++
