guys,

need some advise. I waistline been shinking from 36 to 33..( read: reduce weight). All my jeans now currently looks like im wearing a baggy cut. Any place that can do full major alteration? Thinking to reduce the waist, inseam, tight, knee and the length. Or should i sell the jeans and bought a new one, which i dont prefer as it will cost me alot to bought a new one.

sell ur jeans..buy new heavyweight denim..enter hwdc2 competition

Thanks for info... but for that kind of price I'd rather top up another 90 bucks and get a pair of APC PS from Harvey IMHO
*

I feel that newer denim enthusiast focus and want to achieve very prominent fades and lose sight of what's important such as one should love denim, fabric, heritage, details and etc. it's true to certain degree that prominent fades are important as well but IMO, I feel that just enjoy wearing the denim that you spent so much on and don't hv to make special efforts to create fades. After all, denim are made to last and sort of mould to one's life .

@ Chaz,
Nice thorough pictures. Maybe take pictures outdoor in near future so they won't appear dim-ish. I'm sure it would look good post wash!

Added on December 16, 2012, 9:10 pm@ junky, any potential blow outs surfacing? And if it doesn't smell that bad yet, just give them a hot hand wash with detergent. Keep the denim healthier and keep going smile.gif

yup..will post fit pics soon..maybe at sydney during christmas..this pair wanna go back to his birthpalce

I believe there's others here are more knowledegeable, you can start your search here or google wink.gif

Sometimes, people tend to think I'll start with an intro to the whole scene and get a decent pair

For me since it's an expensive hobby, I'll look for the details/construction/fade that I like and splurge once/twice and be happy with it. I am
planning to wear em everyday anyways. Wear with pride.

nice fades so far chaz.fit pics when worn la bro.want to see that honeycomb.
did you use any special method/soap to wash this?
want to wash my nudie to get more striking contrast..but afraid to use standard detergent.used the samurai soap once, but not really that clean.and it was hand wash.

Added on December 17, 2012, 8:12 pm

ok will do bro..fit pics will be uploaded once touch down at sydney..with sydney opera house as a background..

Well this pair got enough dirt (look at those pocketbag) so i just throw it into washing machine..less detergent and delicate soak mode on..

Result:shrink a lil bit..pocketbag a lil bit cleaner..softer jeans..lots of indigo loss..

sry maybe i should rephrase my question, is there any shop that stocks japanese or any good quality raw denim in melbourne? Cheap Monday, Ksubi, Dr. Denim for me is just a company joining the hype for the sake of money.. nothing to be proud of. Unlike 3Sixteen, Momotaro, PBJ, Sammies that strive for a better raw denim with each of their production.

already checked at Up There, they dont have 3Sixteen anymore.. only Noir with a bad fit imo.
*
i know nothing about melbourne but if u happen to go to sydney..check out corlection at pitt st..they stock momo, pbj, kawatako, rw, thorogood and strike gold

Guys, many thanks for sharing the info and experience. should the package stuck at customs, how can i check if i never receive the notice from pos Malaysia?
*
if parcel stuck at custom..they should already called u bro..if no call..no poslaju left pick up notes in ur mailbox..ur parcel might be stolen already

Blueowl free shipping use usps priority mail to ship to malaysia..that means trackable in us only..once item arrived in malaysia..pos malaysia treat it as normal mail and never scanned it..

Guys, thanks for the advice. It is very appreciated.

As a matter of fact, I already sent him 3 emails, the first one was 17 days ago and  second one 3 days ago. No reply from him.......I hope he is not avoiding my emails......
*
jay's been away for ny fashion week..read the blog..blueowl customer service is top notch..he will reply u soon..no worries..

I lost 3 pairs if jeans and all got replacement..he even arranged it to be delivered directly from
momo hq in japan..

But my worry point..if this stealing thing still happen, jay will stop deliver to msia..
