Now leveling from 1-20 has infinite stamina anyway so you could save some CW.

Benefit of restarting
1) You get a new referral card (mina) + 100k rupies if you use your own referral code.
2) You old account can turn into stamina account for feeder supply.
3) Additional bazaar ticket from old account.
4）You get LCP too, I forget what level already.
5) You old account will get HR&UP pack when your new account reaches lev 50.

1) You use the same username/password when you register on other places like forums.
2) Session Hijaking
3) SQL injection attack
