which ROM are you using?

All are purely stock. No root as well.

Juice defender is in use under Balanced profile.

I believe that is considered good as you noticed that there're two regions in the Mobile Network Signal in yellow colour. Meaning that my GSM signal is pretty weak (at max 1 bar) for two working days (7.30am to 5pm).

how to check the black spot?? i can't notice it at black room also..

but balanced will auto disable your mobile data.. if some1 sends me email or whatsapp, i think i won't realize it until i turn on the phone.. right ?

open a pure black picture, hide in a room without any light source, then u can see the black spots.

U win some and lose some lar. I am using without JD and gets about 1.5-2 days on the S3 depending on usage. U just need to disable all those non essential widgets and make sure you sync settings are set to manual except for those crucial ones. As for email, I set it to manual, don't really need push mail features.

i did it.. google black wallpaper HD.. c ntg wor in a black room w/o any light.. at opit here really damn dark if switch off the light.

your screen is perfect. Cant find it = better

choose dont sync contacts in FB

use highest brightness settings.. its hard to spot. and 9.5 out of 10 S3s have it. but not a big deal it wont affect ur daily usage.

click contact to display then choose phone or sim . then your contact wont sync with the fb one.

i use the lowest brightness that's y i din c anything.. i on the brightest 2 max & also the browser with default.. still can't c black spot.. maybe need use camera 2 take the pic gua..

yea.. i guess i try JD with advanced mode, everything no change except the auto disable mobile data part..

After using for 3 weeks only i realised that sometimes during calls the other party couldnt hear me after about 5 secs on the call and from sometimes beginning of the call itself. Anyone suffered the same issue ?

go settings>accounts and sync>choose disable facebook contacts

but since you already sync, i guess u have to delete it if want permanently not to display. thats my case though..
