but why the shop owner said 1st charge 8 hours?
or i just charge full then unplug

You just need to charge the phone until it's full and then your done. There's no need for long charges.
Most electronics nowadays uses a lithium based battery that does not require you to perform this. The mentality of needing to charge your electronics for long hours during the first charge comes from the days when Nickel–metal hydride based batteries was mainly used in electronics like mobile phones etc. years ago during the time of 3310 etc. those types of batteries requires this and lots of things that is good on this nickel based batteries could be unneeded and is certain cases may be harmful to lithium batteries in the long term.

lol, much cheaper from garage .. really trusted? anyone had tried with the seller before?
*
That's one of SGP's authorized online partner
http://www.spigen.com/online
The only thing more trustworthy than that is to buy directly from SGP's website. The delivery on the ebay store for USPS First Class Mail is a few dollars cheaper than on the SGP website. The price of the screen protector itself is the same. I've bought a few stuff from them on ebay.

It's not that the store is cheap, it's the person which is selling in garage sale that's expensive ^^

Price of the screen protector is the same. Both cost US $13.99.
It's just the partner on ebay charge lower for shipping, US $1.50 instead of SGP's website which charge $5.04 for the same service which is why there's a significant difference when you convert it to ringgit. =)

got just one SP or three like wet type SP?
*
No idea, nothing that I can find on the ebay site or SGP's website on how many are inside though I'll doubt that there will only be one inside. My best guess is either two like the original ultra crystal or three like the ultra optics.
Those interested should ask on ebay to the seller.

Nothing solid on price yet though seeing as how previous neo hybrid cases was priced, probably around the $25 to $35 dollar range.

the HSDPA+ wasn't 4g connection? im confused  rclxub.gif
*
HSDPA+ is still 3G. Some companies just tries to confuse the public by calling it 4G, it's not truly 4G. Just like some companies call wimax 4G when it's not.
Apple was sued in the UK and Australia because they marketed the new ipad as 4G capable when it can't connect to the 4G LTE network in those countries and this might have mislead consumers. They tried to argue in the US and in some countries HSPA+ and DS-HSPA is called 4G by some companies and the new ipad can connect to those so it's 4G capable but the courts didn't agree with them.

just asking... why is blue s3 more expensive than white s3? coz normally white phones are more expensive than the normal colored phone... just wondering the justification of the price.
*
Basic supply and demand.
The white was released first and the blue is still in low stock levels compared to the white.

anyone here have experience with this postage service?
USPS First Class Mail International
USPS Priority Mail International
USPS Express Mail International
*
Basically the difference is in speed and price, the faster it is, the more expensive. First class mail international is the slowest and can take 10-15 business days or even more if your unlucky and you can only track it while it's still in the US if the sender includes tracking, after it leaves the US, there's no way to track it.
Priority mail is usually fast enough. Express mail is the fastest.
Basically priority is when you want it fast but it's not time sensitive that it must arrive as soon as possible, express is to get stuff over as soon as possible. Express will usually arrive within 3-5 business days while priority mail can take 4-10 business days.

Those who wants to see the comparison among the Spigen SP. Below guide I found it usefull. My apology if this was posted before. Nano is the UO version. The latest curve cristal one seems to be using the UC version which may have finger print resistant disadvantage but will cover the whole screen. So far im using the nano. My friend thought i didnt use any sp and ask when will i apply one...

*
Actually, the nano versions is thinner than the ultra oleophobic so hardness etc. is different. SGP had to do that because they said the ultra oleophobic they made affected touch screen responsiveness.
The UC will be covered by fingerprints after some time has passed.

Quad Core and 2gb of RAM CP
Though an A15 dual core have about the same performance as an A9 quad core, the snapdragon s4 even performs better in certain stuff XD

guys.. just want to check with you guys. for the 32GB version, apart from the size, is there any difference? for example. the install apps folder will be bigger or what? *sorry. no smart phone experience from me.

do you think its worth to pay extra SGD$68 for 32 GB? Note: I already have a 32gb micro sd class 10 memory card. I guess 16GB will be enough for me.. what do you guys think?
*
It depends on you, the only difference is the internal space. The whole internal storage can be used for apps unlike most other android phones. If you install lots of HD games which has been taking more and more space nowadays even 1 or 2gb of extra space, you'll want the 32gb version as you can't move apps to the sd card on the s3 without doing some modifications to the system.
I certainly think it's worth the extra money, don't know about you though. I have teh 32gb version along with a 64gb micro sdxc card haha XP

No one flashed the UK firmware here?
*
You don't need to flash anything else after flashing the UK ROM for stuff to work.
You need to change the CSC though if you want to update through kies later though this will wipe your phone.

guys, anyone here using SGP ultra nano clear screen protector? how is it? I am considering between the ultra nano clear and ultra nano optics. need some feedback before buying..
*
I'm using it, what are your concerns?
It's very thin so you have to be careful not to make any creases when you put it on, otherwise, unlike a lot of other screen protectors, the edges stick very nicely and you don't see them lift up. The oleophobic layer also means that the screen stays relatively clean and wiping it clean with a piece of cloth ain't a hard task.

Cons I guess is that since it's thinner, it's not as hard as a lot of other screen protectors and like a lot of other screen protectors, it doesn't cover the whole front screen. It does not affect touch screen responsiveness at all as far as I can tell and since it's very thin and adhere to the edges better than other dry screen protectors, you don't notice that it's there unless you really look at the edges. At first glance it might look like there's no screen protector.

the games folder cannot be moved to an SD card?
*
you can't do it with stock ROM out of the box as far as I can tell.

QUOTE(awsc777 @ Jul 11 2012, 11:49 AM)
Try the curved crystal from SPIGEN. Better I think.

http://www.spigen.com/cell-phone/samsung/g...ed-crystal.html
*
The curved crystal is better in terms of hardness and covering the entire screen, it's basically the ultra crystal made to curve with the shape of the screen, however the lack of the oleophobic layer present in the ultra clear nano means that the screen can get oily and very dirty and not as easy to wipe clean. I'd rather use the ultra clear nano, my case-mate tough case already covers the parts that is not covered by the screen protector anyway.
