TS, from my point of view, pos malaysia is one of the better
services apart from all other malaysian services.
last time i had an issue where the postman frequently sent
letter with wrong address, my approach:
1. advise the postman, as he was the appointed postman
in my area, nobody else.
the problem still happen.
2. went to pos.com.my and lodge e-complaint.
3. the next day, pos malaysia guy called me, and i gave feedback on
what happened.
4. two pos malaysia senior officers came to my house to get further
enquiry. understood from them that it was the postman who sorted out
the letters according to township/taman perumahan.
afterwards there were no wrong letters sent anymore.
even the postman is now a different guy. hopefully no harmful things
happen to the postman though, because i didn't complain like
but just give formal feedback like
the complaints were made formally, and the feedback from
pos malaysia people were very professional.
aside from giving/asking feedback from pos malaysia on what they can
improve from their side, additionally ask also what they would require
from our side so that we can avoid any further issues afterwards.
