Mine unit is around 2100 sq ft. Initially book for 1680 sq ft, 10th floor, but change to 2100 sq ft, 18th floor....want bigger unit n higher floor.

I bought additional car park after few month I bought my unit at RM28k coz in next 5 years, my son will be 18 and definitely another car at home... Plan ahead.

My additional car park bought in June 2013 same price as now and at LG1 opposite my 2 allocated car parks.
