for facade I think the metal will galvanized and coated so should be no problem of rusty
Glass must take
Care and clean it too . If not can see many water mark

Actually the authority carpark requirement is if the apartment selling above rm200k then developer have to allocated two carpark per unit but since block c snp is stated rm100k then can't complaint already

Just noticed the lift lobby there is door separate the the long corridor for 5 units and 6 units .

Normaly the wall between two unit that is sher wall / concrete wall can't be hack
