hohoho.... you missing something about row 3A USP is the" window and another window on the park" ....lets look again the plan.
as you can see block B row 05 and block A row 3A both big windows quite align with each other.
3A still can see far far away quiet park behind block B even after block B is builded up.
just my thoughts only...

Nowaday hard to find any real landed garden within the condo.
like vina,foresta many others new condos all finished up the land they have to build for multilevel car parks. only left enough land for car goes around. not sure about CloudTree will be like that or not. Wonder how vina can build a forest above the car park. Foresta no more real land within their condo area only left the reserved forest land outside the condo.
only WOTP have reserved the real land (except the garden beside the swimming pool area) which the trees and garden can touch the real land not the land above car park.

not sure they will have another talk...but this is a good session. they bring in a professor and dr to present. the 'v' shape have many function such as maximizing brightness during daylight but it will also avoid direct heating. with this it can minimize the electricity usage. with this shape, it will also enhance the greenery % across the building....there are many features being present such as a swing in the park, bench resemble a map of wotp, water features around the park, 'big windows' features in block a & b. this windows it seem causes sdb lots of money to build and will give u an impression of entering big garden ahead...total height of the this windows is 40m! you can refer to their fb page:

Too bad WOTP no such presentation on block C why not in V shape. maybe categorize as kos sederhana and selling very fast. sdb don't even want to bother. haha. heard block c paying MOT according RM100K purchase price. if it is true good lo . no wonder foreigner not allow to buy block C.

block C not direct facing west or east. it face either north west(more to north) or south east (more to south).

the apartment next to wotp not that cheap anymore.
i quite like block C. if all above 1600 sqf built-up the total price is too high for me and impossible for me to own 1.
916 sqf just nice for me n no need worry much on cleaning.
with small built-up no need to pay high maintenance fee and get to enjoy big big garden, nice art sculptures around and facilities within wotp.
simple design with same same quality materials from block A and B.
beside block C also have a smaller version of quiet park with a fountain at there.
Most important i can afford to buy 1 small unit come with very nice concept around. n also after compared so many projects around.
