wow. block C first floor premium unit with garden punya ceiling height looks sibeh tall.
hope sdb install a tall black frame glass door outside make it looks grander.

the stairs beside block C very well design looks not steep at all. very safe and friendly for kid and senior to use.
sdb very good in small little detail.

block A low floor balcony window frame sudah installed. dark color frame nice!

yup...the big flaw for block C layout.... is all units door entrance facing each other.
inside unit layout wise for non linear 916sf consider not bad and quite practical.

corridor airway area hope sdb can come out some great solution to beautified it.

block C materials wise shouldn't be problem coz all materials sama macam with block A & B

so far block C.... from outside looks quite good. level 1 side entrance looks tall..
hopefully block C main lobby also come with tall ceiling feature also.

Today saw they installed some air ventilation fencing at block c parking floor. Or that is for tnb power station?

Block A low floor bedroom window frame installed liao.

The STP beside sutra apartment macam ada do some upgrading... Wotp poo pipe sambung there?

Fulamak.. Tandem parking sibeh expensive. Izzit you will lost 1 of your original parking?.... Mean u got 2 parking n want to upgrade 3 parking if getting tandem. 1 parking will gone. Or no sacrifice 1 parking.. If get Tandem total u get 4 parking space?

For block c pipu can buy block a parking boh? I want to sapu 1 more parking make it 3 parking.

Yes, from the day 1 also like that already. Sdb condo sama macam. U need to pay additional maintenance fee according how many car park you have. Even your original car park also need to pay. Need more car park just pay more maintenance fee. just pay the places/sizes you own 100%. To me quite fair and square. And it should be like that.

first year no charges. following year will start charge.
those earlier time bought additional car park already been told need to pay fee include their original car park.
due to objection. so they give 1st year no charges on car park.

car park maintenance fee:
1 car park space 124sf x rm0.275 (sinking fund added)=rm34.10 per month.
2 car parks mean rm64.10 per month
3 car parks mean rm102.30 per month

the more you owned just add on.

Long run car park No pay maintenance no good. Imaging carpark light spoil Liao, wall paint faded Liao, crack wall, floor dirty. So using Wotp community fund to pay cleaner, contractor, electrician...to clean n repair those car park area 100% owned by owner and other cannot use n enjoy but need to use part of our wotp money to maintain n repair their extra private car park area. C also no song.

Future must charge. Same fate as other SDB condo. Buy more car park just pay more fee. Like that only fair to 1 car park space owner.
