Yahoo.... Mrt1 btho should change name also. It locate at cheras perdana and near mahkota cheras. Not within btho also. Mrt2 should have a real btho station.

If Drive a Bentley or Ferrari cannot show off to others quite sad also. Imagine friends wanna see your posh car. But Need to bring them down to basement car park cari...after that need to run up to your unit again...sibeh Boh shock. If drive kancil different story lar. Park outside your unit also boh shock.

The second phase of WINDOWS ON THE PARK was launched in
October of 2013, with new layouts to respond to the needs and
wants of residents in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras. The second
phase saw the launch of Block B, which is the remaining block in
the project, comprising of 126 condominium units. The project sits
on an 8.9-acre site, of which 4.2 acres or 47% of the area has been
reserved for parks. This makes WINDOWS ON THE PARK the first
project in Malaysia to provide such an extensive area dedicated to
greenery and recreation.
The project has a total GDV of RM520 million and Phase 1 is due
for completion in 2015, and Phase 2 is due for completion in 2016.

To date, 72% of the total 540 units have been sold.

go to the site check out construction.. Just looking from far... quality feeling damn good and solid. Very different from other recent developer projects.

i mean the overall construction...especially the part already painted looks sibeh nice.
not the grill part.

glass may looks good but may not look good for wotp theme.

Yeah. Manyak similarities.
1. 3 storey heights porte cochere macam Wotp "windows"

2. The square square holes brick facade macam Wotp yard and car park facade.

3. Grill Railing also use in Wotp.

4. Mix of expose red brick. Wotp also ada.

Sibeh hope the dinning club house facade also macam lone pine 1. Classy classy vintage look.

What I like Wotp minimize the road use for car. Maximize the land use for jalan kaki.

wotp progress report:

phase 1
block A- reached 18th floor liao. soon reach 19th floor. (15 floors to go)
block C- reached 10th floor. (5 floors to go) can countdown liao.

phase 2
block B- sorry a little far..cant very see. should be 5-7 floor gua.

block C maybe can be done around oct-nov next year...
block A susah sikit.. maybe around next year dec onward...

overall progress block A is much faster than block C.
just block A sibeh more higher take longer time to reach to the top.

After September left 3 months only for 2014.... Block A still have 14 floors to go if they can reach 19th floor end of this month.... Reach to the top by year end need build 14 floors within 3 months... Posible boh?

Regarding the paint, if they gonna go with white, i rather they go with white all the way and maybe mix a very light grey tone. The trees will really stands out.

huh? next to wotp block C stil got 6.5 acres big land size commercial land? 6.5 acres land size macam lumiere size
the empty land below reservoir? pond land beside lumiere or land next to sungai?

...only know in front wotp all land for resi and school.
