The biannual PAM Awards is the premier award for architecture in Malaysia where it recognizes the contribution made by architects in terms of design quality and that of the built environment. Ya. But there are 2 points here which is very important.
1) Can they deliver what they have promised?
2) After deliver (If), can they maintain them properly?
Do not worry, you can cover back from your late possession penalty which is 10% per annul of your purchased price.

How can you be 100% sure when you are assuming...you are jumping to conclusions.

Okashimo and another award-winning architect, master-planner and academic at the forefront of sustainable development, Prof. Jason Pomeroy gave a talk on the green approach undertaken by SDB in ensuring a sustainable living at Windows On The Park Sales Gallery last year in May. Anyone here attended the talk? I missed it because at that time I've not known WOTP yet. The talk must be interesting.

Izit all car park in WOTP is tandem ? I heard feom SA all car park is tandem car park.  Even u bought bigger unit above 2400 sf aso own tandem. My car park front is brick, that's mean I need to reverse my car if I want to use my front car.
