yes, that is block a & c. now is the block b which i heard from SA the selling price will be rm 650-700 per sqft. for the 1694 size, min price is starting from 1.1mil...

SA said my booking fee are ready to collect. Not sure about Block C, but Block A about 2 months after 2nd bank release. I believe the 10 percent are the 2nd release right?
Anyone have any update on development progress?

Finally, today received letter from SDB to inform bank to release first 10% for completed stage 2a as per SPA - Completion of the work below ground level of the said building comprising the said parcel including foundation of the said building (Block C). 😄... Seem progress slow.... Since from July 2012 launching until now....

just wan to ask..still got the smalles units 9xx sqf unit for sale?
