for me it is good as like this. So sdb don't cincai deliver block A&C and spoilt their image later will having problem to sell their final block block B. mean they are confident enough deliver the product quality as they promised. of coz block B will pay a bit higher price compare block A & C since they can see the end product and the common area before they make decision to purchase it. also block B is built-and-sell project, low risk for block B buyer too. No abandon project half way. same way they selling five stones ss2

yes, you can said they are testing market. if can sell sky high price for block B. good news for Block A & C owners. you don't wait too. come and grab 1

I don't think the extra car park allocated at block A. it is just very close to the block A car park area.
and it still within the Block C area after i checked the car park floor plan.

yalor, no choice. at the end i took tandem car parks offer that closest to the lift.
i think you making a good choice invested in saville bangsar. i like that project too.

2 weeks ago block c still left 4 units only. not sure how now. today wotp not open. tot of go there to kepoh.
maybe they busy on the hub launching .

i not sure later buyer not advantageous or not you can go and check whether they still have any other offer or rebate.
at the end you judge whether worth it or not.

the early bird get the worm. but the second mouse get the cheese.

no....too late for me and no more bullet after decided to make a purchase at wotp.
saville bangsar got high potential and very good location too.
i said that because i quite familiar the place over there and i grew up at the area not far from there.

i chose wotp because it very close to my current office. can go there anytime i want.
if want to head to wotp office complaint just make 1 turning can arrive.
also i like the concept and developer is sdb. hopefully it turn out to be a good investment too.

last phase of UDA development at lake valley. not sure where is the exact location. should be not far from wotp.... or opposite wotp??

the semi D factories are the Com Industrial Park just next to the pond. a boutique design factory.

according the size should be light duty factory or warehouse stock keeping or can be a showrooms for furniture, tiles, timber flooring or bath, toilet and kitchen accessories and etc.

another not so related to wotp but related to sdb. about the shuttle bus you may find hmmm... will our wotp will be like that also? is that true the bus run by park seven?
