should be block B.... block A 1685sf all sapu habis.

no comment.. but psf 100% cheaper than block C. block C earlier launch after discount already RM530-540 psf...
those 2100sqf + after discount is around RM485-RM490 psf.

Now remaining unit Block A is cheaper than Block B 5-10%.
Block A facing guard house is much expensive compare to those facing swimming pool. better view woh...

so far is the best elongate layout in whole klang valley. except block C. cry.gif
after see the show unit.... 2100sf+ still the best for own stay... but too expensive for me cry.gif

sit down at living room sofa still can see the greenery outside....priceless.
low floor if face swimming pool lesser privacy.

high price with high quota problem i think...heard quota as high as 50%.
think need more time for them to wait for gov approval to reduce the quota.
the mosque is ok not the big 1. just like the bangsar mosque near bangsar village.

today at wotp saw foreign family viewing the unit. by the time leaving look like they decided to buy. agent busy closing deal. smile.gif

only applicable for block B i think...price 10% higher than block A wor.. just recently found out when looking the block b show unit... have to say very very nicely design. best best.

additional info. unit below 2300sf....
only come with 2 car parks. unit above 2300sf come with 3 car parks.
have to admit. biggest problem is the car park. other than that all very very good.

ya, if can found GnG landed better go with GnG landed. block C earlier launch should be around RM560-580 psf before discount.
but nice unit facing fountain already above RM600 psf when launch.

have to say in love with the condo planing and design.
never seen a zig zag condo layout & planing (from top view) at klang valley before. quite unique.
usually this kind of zig zag building design only seen at some very nice museum building design.. at oversea
coz take up a lot space and not practical on maximize the profit for developer when come to residential building.
