QUOTE(maverickzack @ Sep 25 2013, 07:53 PM) Furthermore, Verdi boasts of accomplished architecture, as provided by leading local design firm GDP Architects (who did Pavilion mall, Seri Pilmoor houses, and Face Platinum Suites, among others), as well as Australian architect Philip Cox who sits on UEM’s board of directors. This verdi econdo. Their biggest size not bigger than 1600sf. 800 units still very high even in 9.16 acres land. Mix residences not 100% suitable for family stay due to some smaller size units. Their garden theme seem like more happening got herb garden, garden jacuzzi, garden gazebo, garden pond...etc. Attract more younger crowd that work or study around here. Close to many universities(don't very like close to uni). Higher maintenance fee above 30sen. Overall Unit layout wise Wotp still better. Verdi will also be networked by Cisco Systems Mesiniaga as a Connected Intelligent Community, which means high-speed broadband and smart home features, such as info kiosk with integrated panic button, access to maintenance bills and contact to neighbours, as well as automated lighting and air conditioning, which can be controlled online. Architecture by GDP as well.. Pretty high tech, seem like they trying to offer more. Source: http://www.starproperty.my/index.php/artic...rm600-psf-mark/ |

QUOTE(shinebr8 @ Sep 25 2013, 10:15 PM) Ya...no need to hard sell... Hehe Whats more impt to me than the density is the quality community. If community is herd mentality msians dunno how to live in condo that will cause the development to sink no matter how low the density is. SH alongside with neighboring high end developments has better quality community if not the same as other high end project. That way it can leverage more compared to just a one man project. |

QUOTE(maverickzack @ Oct 2 2013, 10:43 AM) Any idea when they start selling Block B? The new layout - 1800sqft personally I think its not as nice as the original layout, as they have combined both wet and dry kitchen and added a maid room. start selling d....look like bigger wet kitchen with no dry kitchen. new trend or back trend? more option for those like all in 1 kitchen. larger version of block C kitchen?...lol |

QUOTE(maverickzack @ Oct 2 2013, 11:02 AM) Actually it looks like its not bigger but they sacrificed the dry kitchen area to be replaced with wet kitchen and the original 1685sqft wet kitchen replaced with Maid room. IC now. maid room is the killer... forgot that block a 1685sf no maid room. good also more option more unique. So the living room becomes smaller now. Probably because there's demand for it, small family that have a maid. |

QUOTE(maverickzack @ Oct 2 2013, 11:23 AM) LOL, seriously? Sleeping hugging the microwave on top of cabinet shelves? wotp block a and b still have the best elongated layout compare to others project. Agreed that the 1694sqft is still the best layout, very well designed. The rest of the bigger sizes are just the expanded version of that, with more luxury spaces. |

QUOTE(maverickzack @ Oct 7 2013, 03:42 PM) Concept is pretty awesome but it really depends how well the landscape is being done in actual thing, we will see that when its ready. The rest of the facilities is all about quality and simplicity which I like, coz things are better keep simple as the design will looks great even 10-20-50 years later. I like the building design more than concept! V shape.. n especially the "windows" will be the killer scenery. The parks is pretty simple and nothing fancy. but i think this is nice n elegance... Very 80s n 70s!The building exterior design is pretty normal I agree but not simple, i would have prefer something even more simple, something like The Village with contrast color white + dark grey, but I guess its the overall buildings that makes it stand out - Orientation of the building in V shapes, which is rather unique. Yes you can say so its design with a long corridor like a flat but I believe none of the details will look like one and corridor would be awesome with lotsa neutral light and ventilation. Part of the reason is because its designed with linear layout which to me its 'premium' design, most condo could not design in such way as it require huge space. I think the park path can be improved, less dead end and straighter path would be great for running and also cycling (If allowed). By the way to let you guys know, the main entrance wooden door would be changed to Black, which I personally prefer the original version which is in Oak texture - Brown Oranges Wood. Can cycle I think. Saw kid tricycle on the Wotp illustrated park picture...lol. Oh.... Door change to charcoal Black...hope the texture of the door look good. |
