my unit consider low floor. prefer low floor unit... much closer to trees and garden. smile.gif
unless got good view don't mind to get high floor then.

For block c not much increase. Already very high per sqf. They just reduce the promo from 10% to 8%.

new launch props around try to catch-up wotp price. If like that think sdb will keep reduce the discount rate and increase price by few % or eventually no more discount...possible?

Taiko calvin...me very very want to stay. Bought because like the design n concept + SDB brand. Even very near my workplace. Think will rent it out first. Later be my weekend escape home. Hope i can change someone mind and allow me to keep it. If not SDB... I already put all my bullets into kl city property. Think can earn even more...but I like to hunt property with good taste and design instead of location. Of coz need to be affordable.

By the way Not far away got gita bayu also very nice many high lvl expat love to stay there...how u think that place?

But condo on high ground....scarily... To me it's still way below bar compare to SDB.

Gita bayu Next to serdang lama. Their quintet unit...kitchen area seriously drop dead gorgeous...show case in many luxury home magazine. Website below....many high lvl expat guilor love and stay there. Some even bought it. Now should be above 5mil I think.
