Yes... that corner 09 row units always got extra 10k discount...not recently have it. But price raise a lot liau... Still higher than the launch price even after 10k discount.

Hi dai d kor, Passby 6c6c the site only . Never go inside the sale office...Not sure they are on time or not. From far Just c them elevate the land area after the entrance. We block c heard will receive letter around September wor.

For 2k unit if you have family or plan to have family then worth it. Nowaday joining a decent fitness center almost need rm200 per month/person.... For wotp your whole family and you get to enjoy a huge garden with art sculpture around , gym/sport facilities, swimming pool, clubhouse and security. biggrin.gif

What Calvin kor said is right... First purchase from developer is base on 100k which foreigner cannot buy. But for future subsale to foreigner on block c is OK. Future selling above 500k should be no problem since the bank already approved this type of package. Coz money is out from bank first. If bank is not OK from the start. I don't think bank will fund the 400k+ upgrade cost. What good for block c first local owner is we pay the tax rate is base on 100k not 500k. Later sub sale buyer will base on 500k tax rate.
