Guys, my old sager np8130 has a serious issue now. I dont have any issue since I upgrade my windows to windows 8. I was using my laptop just now and it shut down automatically. When I tried to start it up again, during the windows loading screen, I can hear two du du sounds then windows load complete, it automatic shut down again. Please help. Is it graphic card problem?

Does anyone know how much can I sell off my Sager NP8130? Its been with me for almost 5 years.
