So I have decided on getting a Sager NP9150, but I have questions and would be grateful for any help.

How long does it take for delivery from Illegear?

Are there any charges for delivery?

Where is Illegear based in?

Also, does anyone know if there are any shops selling Sager laptops? Thank you

I see, thank you. Someone mentioned to me Prince J is the owner of Illegear, does anyone here have his contact so I may contact him for further details?

Hi guys,

I have one question, I'm about to order a NP9150 from xoticpc. Will it be delivered right to my doorstep or will it need to go through our custom?

why not using USB TV tuner?
it goes to custom first and then delivered to your doorstep.
take note that the shipping charges from xoticpc to malaysia can fetch more than RM 1K.

On the site, the price is US $249 to deliver to Malaysia and then there'll be additional charges?? Anyone here has any experience with ordering from xoticpc?

no additional charges. you willing to pay that much just for the shipping alone?

It's still cheaper in US price when I customize more than I customize on illegear. The shipping is expensive I agree, but after customization it's still almost 1k cheaper than on illegear.

The price offered by xoticpc (after adding shipping) does cheap due to the promotions offered smile.gif

Yup, that's why I was in a dilemma to get from illegear or xoticpc. In the end, since it had promotion, I opted to with xoticpc.

Your math is almost correct but I guess you forgot to consider in the RM0.05 per USD + RM30 margin charged by the banker, it should be RM4729.

Do check properly with the shipping agent regarding the GST, GST is applied if Sager delivered the product to those shipping agents, in CA it's 10% GST.

It could be fine if the agent located at tax free area.
*
I did some math of my own as well before opting for xoticpc.com. but the downside is they don't accept credit card outside of the US/Canada. So I will have to opt for illegear.com. The caused of why I need to pay via credit card is I can claim from my company. My old Powerbook has served me well but it can no longer serve my purpose.
