Guys, how much do you think will my SAGER be worth?

SAGER 8150-S1 : 15.6" 1920x1080, i7-2630QM, 16GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, ATI 6970M
Condition : 9/10

Not using it much since I bought my Vaio.

Rather than keeping it while price decrease, I might as well sell it, and use the money for future gaming laptop or desktop. tongue.gif

Thanks.

A Vaio over Sager... Why? @_@
*
Portability & weight.
I carry my laptop to work EVERYDAY, while I play games only 2-3 times in a month. tongue.gif

why is it 9/10 ? I rarely see laptops get scratches unless dropped or being stacked tongue.gif
*
Well, coz I use it everyday, and carry it everyday on my backpack to work.
Another thing is, got a tiny scratch on the side.

Bought around end of April 2011.
Warranty end on April 2013.

After one year of usage, price for electronic items dropped almost 50%. It has become a standard since technology changes almost in monthly basis

Yeah, the price to pay for technology. tongue.gif

Haha can't bro. Imma get myself an NP6110. laugh.gif
*
Hahah.. Finally your going to get it. laugh.gif

Any particular reason you're getting it? My guess is because of its portability from an 11'? brows.gif

Definitely the portability and also to make people green with envy that my "netbook" can probably do better at gaming than their big rigs laugh.gif

Also, I found a rather good deal for it from powernotebooks.com tongue.gif
*
Hahaha.. Yeah... It sure is a small powerful beast.

How much cheaper can you get there compared to illegear? What's the shipping cost you get?

If only the price is around USD500, then I might consider keeping my NP8150 and upgrade it to a GTX680M.

CPU idles around 58C with the GPU at 47C. After running Kombustor for 15 minutes, GPU hits 80C and CPU is at 82C.
*
Wow.. That is quite a nice temp there.. Very good cooling.. thumbup.gif

So, those reported high temp, is probably due to the i7 quad? hmm.gif

sigh. im on i7 quad. Tonight will try to run the recommended testing app.
*
So, you're also a proud owner of the W110ER?
Yeah, would be nice to see the temperature on yours so that can compare to Alexlai's laptop.

Btw, did some test on my Sony(out of topic) for 16 minutes, and got the results as below :
user posted image

Doesn't seems that heavy, I guess.

Can you guys try like prime and furmark at the same time as well?

The guys in NBR can reach CRAZY 3DMark11 scores on their W110ER.
So, I'm guessing that this beast must have a very good cooling to get those scores on crazy clock.

Compared to yours, mine gets a bit hotter with both Prime and Kombustor running simultaneously. Still ,not entirely bad considering gaming won't push it as hard. laugh.gif

Also included is the power consumption.

user posted image
*
Yeah, definitely wont push this hard on gaming. sweat.gif
At least we know what's the max, and be safe.

Tried another testing of MSI Kombustor with Prime. Definitely an increase.

So, when am I going to see your beast with a 3DMark 11 above 3k? brows.gif

Given enough time and effort, maybe sometime. I'll try this weekend after I wrap up my uni's Hari Raya event. brows.gif

But if I get 3k and above for 3D Marks 11 P setting, something's gonna cook laugh.gif
*
Maybe after a while, your temp might drop abit. Mine seems to be dropping a bit compared to when I first got.

As for the 3k scores. For benchmark purpose, should be ok I guess.
For daily usage, then better beware. laugh.gif

As of now with everything stock, it's getting P2313. Gonna go a bit mad with the OC soon. laugh.gif
*
Hahaha, just be careful not to overdo it. biggrin.gif

Btw, that's a very nice score on Stock and dual core. thumbup.gif
If I set mine to the same core clock and memory clock as yours, I still won't get that scores.
I get around P22xx and 21xx on graphics score.
Probably due to the low voltage of my GT640M LE.
