Been pondering getting a notebook from illegear for a while now. Just went to your website and noticed a revamp and new models? I'm guessing the new Illegear RS series are illegear's own Clevo/Sager models? If not, what are the differences? The RS-15 comes up to about RM300 cheaper with the specs I put in compared to the 9150" by 500yearoldalien

thats means np9150 is exactly the same model as RS-15  i mean in term of physical..shape,heavy n whatever it is..

i read reviews that sager has problems with their keyboard, that is some keys need to be pressed harder to register the key and keyboard ghostting, which means some key combinations wont work. does anyone encounter this?

played FarCry 3... got enduro problem..

I'm wondering if there is anyone letting go of their laptop accessories. just wanted to ask price for a used GTX560 or GTX580M for 8150/9150 . it is already end of year, and I'm thinking of upgrading my 8130 GC. hehe

I know for sure that to upgrade my card, I'll need a 180W charger as well.

new owner reporting in.. bought Illegear RS-17.. quite satisfy with it, no time to write review on it yet, just disappointed on the speaker sound quality.

Fn + 5 only change the speaker configuration at Realtek Audio Manager from Stereo to 5.1. Barely can notice sound quality improvement.

Planning on getting an Illegear RS-15 sometime next week, hoping a few people can help me clear up a few questions. I'll be installing my own mSATA drive and OS.

If for example, I was using Windows 7 64bit, I would only need to download all the relevant wind 7 64bit drivers, but I noticed two other drives which I believe I won't be needing if I'm using an mSATA as a main drive?

Intel Rapid Start Technology Driver for Windows 7 32/64 BIT and  Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for Windows 7 32/64 BIT.

Is there any particular order I should install the drivers? I've read in a few forums that I should at least install the intel's built in GPU before installing the main GPU, how about the rest of the drivers?

Have I missed anything else that I would need for a fresh install?

Oh. it is due to the fan size limitation? What is the price for 180W power supply and 580M GPU then? Also, if I change to AMD, do you know what version is supported for NP8130 ? 6990 M? I want to do a data comparison between the GPUs first hehe.

Illegear don't have the second battery option. And I didn't enroll in the school before. So, I not sure whether are there any plugs near the seat I am going to be given.
I think I should get M17X ba.. Will earn money and buy from illegear in the future after I finished my studies. Currently need more battery life and gaming laptop. Haiz.. If RX17 can last longer, then I would definitely get it.

btw RS-17 = NP9370 ?
