you do not need to have muet to enter....
but you need muet to graduate....
and like utm's requirement, you just need to prove you have sat for muet....you just need to enrol, go write your name, and walk out, you will get band 1, and you have passed......
which is why muet is a joke.....

QUOTE(borneovampire @ Jul 2 2012, 12:22 AM) I don't worry about when i graduate, the problem is I applied UPU without having MUET (but I will take MUET when i enter IPTA, hopefully). that is okay, they will not reject you if you have not sat for the muet yet.... Added on July 2, 2012, 12:39 amseriously, the mohe's requirement that all students should show english proficiency by taking muet is a big joke....because many unis don't care about english, and accept the lowest band.....which basically means going in to write your name in the exam and hand up a blank piece of paper.... it's like uk and oz unis requiring ielts band 1 for entry into their courses..... QUOTE(DavidWKW @ Jul 2 2012, 08:51 PM) but are you sure that you will get band 1 without writing anything ?
band 1 is the minimum band......like ielts, it is a test of competency.....NOT a pass or fail test....therefore if you turn up at the exam, and get 0 marks, you are band 1.....
