Is that area good investment for own stay ? ok ka ? (pros & cons)
Is there any chinese/mandrain kindergarten/school near that Ayu Impaian area ? I am currently staying in PJ old town, this Aug/Sep kena register.. next year my 2 kid 3yr & 2yr going to kindy.... Anyone got the brochure/layout for Ayu Impian ?   |

AMINT ... hope next week i visit the place & the mall too..
 is the place gated or guarded ? any picture to share i was thinking to move there & rent out pj house, i like pj very much but looking for new environment leh.. AVFAN ... thanks for the info any comment on the ayu impian price rm560K+  |
