Do anyone experience disconnect problem? PPPoE shows connected, but unable to surf the net, have to reconnect again. It happens occasionally

ya, i am using custom router, and using DSL. disconnected twice in 5 minutes just now!

sad.gif i call them they say nothing wrong, and they reset my port or anything. And ask me to turn on the modem again after 10 minutes
