Yes u can upgrade to 4.0.4 yakju, by the front page got many guides, and sifu can help if gt problems.
if u walk in store, u will get 4.0.2 yakjuxx.
it is upgradeable to JB 4.1.0 and u can do it urself now
BUT if u w8 till mid july, google will roll out the uptades Over the air, to all YAKJU 4.0.4, that has their bootloader locked, and unrooted.

locked or unlocked, doesnt matter, the toolkit will help u do that~

tell the truth, be4 u head to JB direction, u better familiarised with flashing...
u can root flash etc but heading to JB is a bit diffrent and if something goes wrong, we could help but tats unwise..
1st play in shallow, then slowie go deep.
toolkit will help with root, bootloader unlock and cwm flashing.
after that play play with cwm to flash rom(not using toolkit to flash rom)
1st thing i recommend is unlock ur bootloader as it will wipe all data. kesian if u wipe after 1 week..

nah notifying all terms n conditions of what will go through and not later he have sudden shock of what to do next step, itz just safe thing ma, same as me.. 2 hr stock, then straight liquid rom~ no pause, sad no JB tat time..
