JB ardy or still ICS?

Hi, I am new Galaxy Nexus owner since 3 days ago (bought RM1198 +RM10 shipping at Lelong.com).

It gives me 3 sleepless night trying/learning to : -

1. Unlock the SME phone.
2. Root it.
3. Install CWM touch.
4. Flash to ICS 4.0.4 AOKP build 39
5. Try/ Play for 1 and half days.
6. Flash to Jelly bean 4.1
7. So far so good

Many thanks to this thread, I learn a lot.

Got 2 question hope some one can help: -

1. With heavy use and try, the phone battery can last only 5~6 hours with full charge, is this normal?

2. Any recommendation what Kernel I can try for this GNex with JB?

As I know there is  bug on apply services.jar.

If i never test, I will not state this bug :3

About SU, OP already stated as for JB you don't need patch SU, that's only for ICS.

that is why i said b4, ppl buy this phone just because of Jelly Bean not because of nexus.....this is why i feel sad about it... 

and some more just because wanted to try out Jelly Bean and rushing to flash Jelly bean, don even bother spend some time reading the front page

why wan to wait for someone to ask u, when u can use that time to read them... but of coz u can ask question u don understand right 

The whole glass part is including the screen, so how to change the color? Also I think with black it looks great (you hardly see where the screen ends).

Having the very latest Android is a big part of the Nexus experience, what's wrong with that? Also now trying to flash JB... itchy fingers. lol. But it's just a coincidence that JB was launched basically on the day I bought the phone, I wanted to have it for a while now.

Getting an Otterbox Commuter is probably impossible in Malaysia (without importing)? Seidio Active (don't like the design, but it seems to be quite good...)? The SGP ones are a bit easier to find I guess, but people say they are more about design than protection, and while I like good design I'd rather have an ugly working phone than a pretty broken one.

hey guys, my nexus is showing little yellowish in displaying white color..is this normal for samoled display? any way to fix this to get more decent white color?

What GPS apps u guys using? I'm using waze but it requires data connection. Great for city but not when going to remote area. Any alternative? Saw papago thread, seems like lots of bad feedback.

Don't you feel you guys are starting to sound like iFans? My phone can pwn this phone and that phone bla bla. Quad core so what my phone is better bla bla.

Actually I leap from iPhone 4 to nexus, i play nexus and surprisingly it is better than iPhone4 a lot in terms of screen and smoothness . I decided to give my iPhone4 to my sis and buy this. But one thing I worry I scare I can't adapt to android Becaauee the apps are leases than iOS this is what I heard from my fren.
