Semenyih has its support. It depends on where you work but if take 10 to 15km ..try to draw a circle on the map...what do u see there??? Do have right demographic within the circle to support the future growth of semenyih. Job opportunities, infra development, big commie proj, govt initiatives etc within the circle? What u have is the lekas highway to sell. I scratch my head and catch no ball about the hype on EM. Anyway..here is JH thread...Jadite looks good from the video given the price point u enter. Tenant target still unknown but time ll tell.
