It has been almost 10 years since Jadite Suite was previewed and launched. How is it performing for all the investors here? Are your condo appreciate in terms of value and rental appreciation as expected 10 years ago?

In iProperty, rental for 947sft (during 1st launched 362K for 947sf @ RM382psf) from RM1,100 to RM1,400. Is this the expected rental?
