Environment very nice. Layout of the unit not bad especially type d 1300sf at block b. Only Pull back is service apartment and not condo.... Any disadvantage Or advantage as a service apartment...compare to condo..? Need to compare compare..

Color scheme boh syok. Macam follow club house color scheme a little bit. Buy this service apartment seriously because of the surrounding sibeh good. Green green green.
Design wise look like nothing fancy. Not luxury type. Little clean cut. Very depend on material choice... have to be careful. The right material matching sure will made the jd looks elegant and shine. for now on sibeh sure better than green residence, green terrain and Sanderson.

jadite suite is not a condo! is a service apartment.
jade hills agent keep emphasize. he keeps remind you...remember this is service apartment not condo. he mentions more than 5 times thru out the conversation. kekekeke..
"but this condo oooohh...." "hey this is not condo. it's service apartment..."
