Environment very nice. Layout of the unit not bad especially type d 1300sf at block b. Only Pull back is service apartment and not condo.... Any disadvantage Or advantage as a service apartment...compare to condo..? Need to compare compare..

Only cukai pintu sahaja? Water and electric bill on commercial rate? Ada lagi?

If only cukai pintu... Then Should be quite OK.

you need to see the masterplan 1....
all are gated. none of the block outside the guard house. the bridge also inside. not outside the guard house.

Color scheme boh syok. Macam follow club house color scheme a little bit. Buy this service apartment seriously because of the surrounding sibeh good. Green green green.

Design wise look like nothing fancy. Not luxury type. Little clean cut. Very depend on material choice... have to be careful. The right material matching sure will made the jd looks elegant and shine. for now on sibeh sure better than green residence, green terrain and Sanderson.

jadehills from outside look inside... trees and plants still very young... this what i c lar from outside.
for sierramas have many big old tree and plant... more tropical feeling... money can't buy. inside got small lake also. sibeh not bad.

house design wise.... i think in some seirramas zones... u can see many outstanding mansion designs...not a house any more...coz sibeh luxury and huge... each design is unique and different macam go c luxury property art exhibition gallery... everyone try to stand out more than others.

seirramas more hidden...actually is sibeh hidden. if you don't very go inside seriously can't see a thing from outside. many famous scandal people top favorite place to stay. no 1 can see from outside.

apa macam boleh buat? pocket not deep enough... onli way is kahwin dalam. not easy also. if manage to do that. the person deserve it and got talent. not everyone capable. those un-capable one only red eye and accuse those makan nasi lembut, makan kasut nasi...etc etc... think so easy meh to makan kasut nasi. u want makan also need to see you capable or not and the people dalam peduli u or not. wakakaka

but for nice surrounding, environment and international school jadite maybe.
think not all expat mau pay banyak to stay on landed. if break count psf for rental landed is cheap.
but add up sibeh huge amount. expat also mau masuk pocket money from company accommodation budget.

Yalo. Company cut their budget. Or expat sendiri cut rental rumah allowance budget. Some is expat mou masuk pocket sendiri. Like mine expat tenant. Company give accommodation budget 5k. Rent my place 2.6k. 1.4k masuk pocket.

For those middle lvl expat. Most of their budget is around 2k to 5k. average on 3k.
