Say coming from IOI putrajaya, JH no need to pay tol but to semenyih at least 2 more toll to pay to reach seh or eco project. Toll will increase again lets see u die or not tongue.gif

About the commercial hub its still new we wont know whats going to happen n future. If its rental is high u think people on that side could afford to rent to run business ? In KL many area also business not doing good and some close shop. What more that new area ? Many I know SEH buyers are investor lol..

Based on location, JH got IOI City mall, mrt/ktm, many highways, much faster to KL while semenyih takes as long as nilai takes to klcc not forgetting many other major office hubs such as Sentral, MV, BS, Dsara Heights, uptown are extremely far from semenyih.. very few ppl work in klcc n many high paying jobs in Sentral, DH ya..

Better buy in Nilai if work in kl as got ktm, closer to KL n much more value for money  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

OK up to u, im telling fact. If u are happy with seh and whack a lot there good luck to u... no point argue who is better than who. time will tell. To me im still not comfortable with semenyih area and also have to pay so many tols. Nearest MRT station is still in kajang. JH could get to 2 station within 3-4km distance.
