Quality is depends on the subcons/builders the developer appointed, doesn't matter how reputable that developer is....Once they appointed a builder with poor quality workmanship,  sure affected their reputation.  Look at BRDB one Menerung vs Verdana (heard coz not the same builders,  investors hesitate,  plus the location not attractive compare to Bangsar).

Sometimes u count too much of these kuaci fees than in the end what also no need buy hahahaha.....

Its confirm commercial title all the way maybe u still can discuss with tnb it is for resi use.

Ok let make it this way ask yoru GF if, Commercial title selling 400k and residential title at next door selling 450k ? No need to count untill grass also cannot grow la, if got potential, price reasonable, within your budget still want think of these kuaci number ? half a million prop can buy pay extra 20-30rm also make noise. very hard already. Some development like setia alam and alam impian in and out also tol if u got 2 cars how much to pay daily ? Go to kajang 2 lagi another tol hahahaha

If unable to rent out the utilities is zero u didnt use what are u going to pay than ?

true also, first launch its all white later on the brouchure is matching with this current one. i think they havent finalised yet what colour matches. about colour i like most is trinity product rclxms.gif

i dont really agree if just the colour of the outlook will make a decision of your purchase. if it is for a better why not, as long dont downgrade.

look at OSK pangea project the mall is taken out and hotel is also replaced.is a mess now
