Actually this project start construction redi or not? I cant see any tower crane or construction access for this. what happen?

maybe project site too near existing residential, causing noise nuisance. Public complaints are serious business. Developer's nightmare.

same like the empire city damansara, the S&P stated VP upon CPC, hahahaha

now all the buyers have no way to demand LAD from the developer.

CPC can be in many condition and its from the Architect not from the Authority which is CCC
