eh, dont worry la..some people add the 20th point at later levels, so that they can learn other skills earlier since lvl 20 just add 1 accuracy.

1)how much is the shop?
2)the shop can sell how many item at once
3)the shop will last how long, 30days?
4)is there a mesos limit using shop?
5)does it need lv limit to own a shop
6)am i handsome?

1) there are 3 types, regular(5000cash), orange tree(6000cash) and blue tree(8000cash) permit.
2) 16, 24, and 24 accordingly.
3) 14, 14, 21 accordingly.
4) no mesos even needed to open shop.
5) even a lvl 1 beginner with 0 experince can open it so far.
6) depends on what ship you're flying now.
