I can only say it's definitely in September. Exact date will depend on the day I place order.

hi Vicgray,according to the first post,it mention that there will be check for basic defects on ur side before shipment to Malaysia right?So,buyers can expect not to get a defective set ?I understand some of the defects are not so obvious but at least there is some assurance that some qc has been done before the item shipped over here.

how about the other display issue such as loose screen?Btw vicgray do we get the delivery order copy so that we can claim warranty over here?

Checking screen is at best effort with naked eye.

On warranty, you can claim without needing the delivery order copy. AFAIK, it can go by your device serial number, warranty starts the day it is delivered.

@backspace66,

You don't have to worry much about the screen issue unless you're really a HARD gamer. (hard gamer = 90% content all games) Overall, quality of Asus isn't that bad. Just remember to get yourself a smart cover. Trust me, that is really handy..

It has international warranty, so Asus Msia will cover the warranty.

Just the problem is lack of spare parts due to it is not officially launched here, will take longer time for warranty.
