Called SD and the reply was can only get the Elantra "Facelift" model in March.

Yup at least got 2500 posts or else can't open ver. 8 bro 

PS: just got news from inside that 1000 units had already arrived early this month.
Now in assembly line to be finish n ship out to owners.
Expected to deliver around 1000 units before CNY.
80% is 1.8 if I remember correctly. So 1.6 owners will need to be patients.
No news yet on the manual version till date.
Hope to see a lot of Elantrian on the street during this CNY

Ok. It is official now. i am going to get my in 1 or 2 weeks time. Now it is just getting all the paper work done. 

However, the weird thing is that my Q# has gone up to 80.

I ask the SA, he dare not say what are the new features because he has not seen it yet (play safe). But mine is stated on the paper to be "Tahun dibuat - 2013".

Too bad you can't 'screw' your SA... May be by waiting a bit longer, you will get the "Facelift" model....

Yes you can. I even told by SA that you can bring your own engine oil.. 

Talked to Hyundai's CS today.
There will be 8 different features for new Elantra.

1) Rear fog lamp - CS mentioned "fog lamp", could be "tail light".
2) Tail light multi function switch.
3) Front bumper - europe type license plate.
4) Headlamp additional levelling device - for different light intensity setting?
5) Seat belt reminder.
6) Power window lock - even if this is on, driver's window won't be locked; whereas previously will be locked.
7) Front floor carpet with hook - not sure for driver only or both driver and co-driver.
8) Vechicle number below front wind screen - not too sure what it is; probably sticker that can be removed.

CS can't clearly describe some features as just read from paper.

Inspected my car in the workshop. Let me confirm the above:

1) - Yes - the full tail light
2) - Yes
3) - Can't tell the difference since i can't remember how the 'older' elantra looks like
4) - Yes - to adjust the vertical angle of the light
5) - Yes
6) - Yes
7) - Yes - both driver & co-driver
8) - Yes - it shows the chassis number
