I called "Sime Darby care line 1300132000" last Thursday, 21st Dec 2012, and was told the 2013 car will available from April 2013.
By the way, mine is 1.8 Creamy White.

When I called back in Oct or Nov, I was told 2013 car will be available from Feb 2013 as well. But not until last week.
I booked mine early Jul, when called in Sep/Oct, I was told to get my car on Nov.
Called Nov, told to get in Dec/Jan
Called Dec, told to get in Jan or after that.

Every times you called Sime Darby, same question will get you different answer.
When called Sime Darby, was told to contact dealer; when called dealer, was asked to contact Sime darby.
I'm confused too.

Called on 7th Jan 2013.
Model Q no. 168.
It seems other colors than creamy white, like sleek and hyper silver, have shorter delivery time.
May be due to less orders are being placed.

Does anyone have the maintenance schedule and cost?

Talked to Hyundai's CS today.
There will be 8 different features for new Elantra.

1) Rear fog lamp - CS mentioned "fog lamp", could be "tail light".
2) Tail light multi function switch.
3) Front bumper - europe type license plate.
4) Headlamp additional levelling device - for different light intensity setting?
5) Seat belt reminder.
6) Power window lock - even if this is on, driver's window won't be locked; whereas previously will be locked.
7) Front floor carpet with hook - not sure for driver only or both driver and co-driver.
8) Vechicle number below front wind screen - not too sure what it is; probably sticker that can be removed.

CS can't clearly describe some features as just read from paper.
Hope this helps.

If not mistaken, "2013" build/model means both manufacturing date falls in year 2013 and has the "facelift" fits in.
