It's the same thing every single time there's a big sale on Steam. Nothing new & same old, same old. Like I said, it's Steam's anti-fraud system being trigger-happy & disabled either your PayPal account detail or your Steam account.

What you can do is to try using your friend's or another dupe Steam account & try to buy the game as gift for yourself. If it can go through, then it's your Steam profile that's flagged by anti-fraud. If you still can't, then it's most probably your PayPal that's being flagged by Steam.

Most probably it's Steam that's locking his purchase ability.

That's another issue altogether. Long story short, try to avoid PayPal if possible.

Hmm... is it just me or the Community's Choice voting button is still bugged even after the last vote has expired?

I was going & nodding my head in agreement until I reached the part where you touch on lottery as I can't seem to connect the thread's spamming speed to luck.
