strand mall access road no good , but is good place for movie ~ free parking and easy get ticket ~

strand resident is good invest compare the price range with TG and Sunway but depend how long u can hold the property ~ at least after MRT done , TG mall open , strand garden office tenant come in , sunway galaxy mall open.. then value can be double up or more

Ltg kor, i think this KD wont be BB but only 1 mall will do well which i hope TG leh.. hv to be FnB focused to fill up the mall la.. KD malls can serve KD (600k), Ara D (evolve mall is stronger than citta), tropicana, kwasa Damansara n sg Buloh areas..
