My opinion . I quite like this project .
Reasons :
Prime location ( near to 1u , curve , Giza , etc )
Build above the Mall ( convenience , same like tropicana city ) ,
MRT project confirmed
Outstanding building design
Low density
Price cheaper than Sunwya Nexis

Based on the info on iproperty's website, it is now RM1000/sf (for the small unit, e.g. 734sf):

They have 2 type for 2 bedroom

Type G and H

2 bed room
2 bathroom (master with bath tub) and 1 powder room (basin and WC) (powder room is either for H or G... I forgot)
Both have yard (yard area is included in SF area) and it's around 11xxSF and 14xxSF

Area are bigger that 3 bed room unit; LOL

Went to strand mall for a movie last week .It seems like the strand mall is not doing that good . Still very empty .
and the construction for the residence seems going extremely slow and not moving at all . Wonder whats went wrong ....

Btw anyone know still how many units left ?

not sure bro but the sa mention is Q2 2015 complete, i bought one unit there last month je blush.gif left few more units for non-bumi

I'm wonder is it due to Felda jz took over encorp and they having internal restructuring thats why affected the construction work progress . Neighbour -Tropicana garden launched later than strand , their progress like lighting speed .

Wow , congratz bro ... mind share with us what makes you bought a unit in strand ? and also the price ?
