Bear in mind a lot China buyers are rushing in (by tour trips) to malaysia to buy property. Favorite location, next to KLCC or Bkt Bintang.

haiz, my salary have been stagnant for last 2 years. I research the market rate, already at its peak. Dayum. Need to find part time work to do at weekend. Im thinking to be a 2nd supervisor in Nightclub or SPA centre. My old time part time work during young, back to chicken world.

Congrats.....but about the odd claim, better double check. Last time got a stupid Architect simply billed my unit, They actually forget about the apartment got ground level. they thought my 5th floor unit is refers as level 5 doh.gif
