There is a condo just about 300m away from this project, named awana puri condo, its asking around 400k for 1100+ sqft, thats just about RM365 psf.
any comment to buy that for investment as Ekocheras is damn expensive now?

i was referring to the 180k on ur scenario above.
just beacuse you don't like it, doesn't mean its gonna be exempted.
does it make sense for a local car to costs more in country and cheaper when exported, but there we go!
