I dont think so. By looking at the perspective drawings. Is just in front of a main road.

Maybe is the empty land beside leisure mall since the description mention just a "stone away from leisure mall" and the perspective drawing show in front of mainroad. As I know they will be a MRT station in front of the leisure mall which correct to describe the statement "The new Cheras MRT station will be right at your door step".

The empty land used to be a Bus Depot and now currently use as car park and food stall.

Yes, I do agree that buying high level is more expensive. But if you think rationally, the lower floor will get billing first compare to the high floors. Low floors are subject to higher interest incurred compare to high floors.

Have to really do the maths to compare.
