if the price is 650psf.. sure lott people jump ship and those who paying near 500k for a SoHo sure bang head where one can get a 550sf studio 350k!
for rental ..if this the case during VPed with so many units at the same time

The SA told me during the launching that they would raise the price to same as the block H after the launching, but now still selling the same price.
